I write a note every night to the people that have helped me in the day letting them know how thankful I am do them. Gratitude is when you are thankful and you are ready to show appreciation for and to return kindness.
For me Gratitude is like watering your soul with with grateful for what the Universe has gifted/blessed you with. It uplifts you, gives you a feel good feeling especially when you are down and out and going through a rough patch.
What I would say to someone is Gratitude is like looking at the Sun ☀ and not the shadow. Cherishing the mercies of the Lord. Thus steering our ship of life is a beautiful journey!!!
😇🌹😊
I practice gratitude by being brave and not forgetting the essential place and gift….gratitude has and gives us in our lives. I say Out Loud - I am grateful for…. The Sun or a person I love. So many things….,

I try to consciously thank people I interact with daily. And I pray and give thanks for the things I have, for my family, when good things happen.

Gratitude is being thankful for and appreciating those things you have in life.
I'm greatful for my lovely friends who are like family, my family who are precious gemstones, and everyone in between. I'm greatful for my home , and food to fill my belly. I'm glad I'm alive and greatful for my God.
In my daily life I practice gratitude by dedicating some time in my morning to writing a list of things that I am grateful for and things that actually make me smile and feel positive. By just listing one thing, or maybe even three I start to notice right then and there, all of the things that I have that bring me joy and keep me wanting to live right in my face.
I would describe gratitude to someone who doesn’t know much about it as stepping taking a moment to step outside of yourself and show appreciation to the things that are actually going good for you, the things that in its own way provide a sense of goodness and a reminder of the beauty in life. Often times, we focus so much on what we don’t have, What we want and where we want to be, that we neglect all the things, the people, and even the places that everyday provide for us a sense of good in a life that many of us feel is filled with so much pain and lack.

I don’t practice gratitude as much as I’d like to! However, I do try to notice the small things and be grateful for them making my day. When I do actively practice gratitude, I list 3 things that made me grateful that day.
Gratitude is… acknowledging the good in your life, small or big, and cherishing them. That’s how I’d describe gratitude for people who don’t know it.
I made my first share last night and it left me very emotional. I genuinely didn't get a whole lot of sleep last night because of all the memories that came flooding back... Gratitude is the thankfulness, the happiness, the joy, that I have just to have the good memories of my late Fiancée.
