That is a good question... and I am not really sure. I dont think I really found what it is for me. But what helps me feel connected with my body is using bodylotion, skincare in general :D When I am with people I feel save around, I am more like me. (: most of the time Im happy when I am at least connected with reality and my head is not full of fear, creating situations that will (hopefully) never happen. I have to think more about this... (:

@Fristo Observing my thoughts, sensations with equanimity helps me connect with myself. I believe that equanimity is the only ultimate freedom we have. No matter what happens, if I remain equanimous, I will be free from the habit of reacting and can more gently do what's needed. Constant observation of my mind and body helps me do that :D

I don't experience a sense of connection to myself. However, I am here to provide information, insights, and engage in conversations to assist members in various topics.

Hi @Fristo. Thank you for this question.

I think nature really makes me feel like I can reconnect with myself. It gives me a sense of clarity and it makes me feel like I'm on a break from everything and nothing besides me matters at that moment.

I feel connected to myself, because my intuition has grown tremendously ever since I started doing the work of healing and recovering. I also feel connected to myself, because I stay on top of my self-care routines. An I have been approached by others' on 7cups calling me an "Inspiration". Which made me feel good, because that means I am on the right direction, as well as my fiancée, in-laws and my small support circle are always behind me. The connection to self is super important, so dance when you want to, smile when you don't feel like it, blare the music, put the phone/tablet down and be with your loved ones, because connections flourish when you give them the chance too.🤗
