How do I not see this on my front page? I used 7cups to talk to my therapist, and the happy gleeful thing isn't appropriate right now and shouldn't be force shown to me.

I hate 7cups. I am here for the therapist, and my home page is flooded with stuff that I do not want to see. The latest was 'Anxiety successfully cured with exercise' or something like that. I am crippled and have severe asthma. My exercise is limited, and it's insulting and offense to get unsolicited naive advice from someone officious. I have petitioned support, but they just ignored me.

@BasketCase505 Tbh - I don't think there's much that can be done about it? I kind of think we all sort of have the same home page except for a few differences - like our notifications but I could be wrong. You could try emailing though like Hopefulspring suggested - you might get a response that way
