The member you are dealing with might be in huge trouble, don't ignore and ban them for no reason. I'm not sure about everybody here, but it hurts when you block us for no reason and stop responding when it's your turn to help.

What is a personalized growth path and how would I (listener) go about implementing/suggesting one for a member?
Hii there! So I'm on the 12th step of my growth progress and it is telling me that I can have a long time listener, but I don't want one. Even after I posted a thread for a long time listener just for the sake of completing the step, it is still not moving ahead so what am I supposed to do?
@Tiredsoul838 There should be a Try Something Else button. If you do that you should be able to get something else to move on your growth path.
How do I switch from member account to a listener if I have trainied to be a listener

If you have set both listener and member account the same email and password, you can click your profile picture on the right hand corner and find the word 'Switch Account' in the drop-down.
Having problems with step 63 of the growth path.help please.
Step 63 doesn't seem to progress in any way
When I am in my member account I get it hard to login to my listener account even if I log in again

I'm new and when joining it asked what issues I had and it appears to be matching me with ppl based on that. However, I was afraid that would be public so I wasn't entirely honest and now I'm not getting the help I need. How do I change or add to my list of "issues" for lack of a better word. All it seems to match me up with is "breakup" as the topic but there is much more I'd like to add. Again, I'm new and not very fluent with this. I asked Noni but to no avail.
@Tylerhansell When you send out a general request, you can pick 1 topic, although it isn't necessary. It's not possible to have more than 1 listed. You can change it every time a request is sent out though.
When Noni asks for more details, if you type something when a listener connects they are able to see it. They are unable to see it prior to picking up your chat.
