There is a tab that says browse listeners. 

you can click and see bios as some have specific areas they listen to. then chose and if they are available, you may connect or leave a message to have them get back to you. do not get discouraged sometimes it takes a bit to find a good fit or right person.

You go to chat, on the side it will say speak to a listener I think and you will be able to click it.

I only see this thread made by you. It's possible your other thread didn't work due to the automatic censor, it picks up certain phrases and doesn't take the full context into account.
