Problem with changing avatars.
The problem is that my "Edit Account" page says
"Hi there! You're new here, right? Why don't you spend some time getting to know about our community first before uploading your profile image."
And I'm... Not new. As you can see I also already HAVE an avatar, but instead of my page letting me change it, my page says THAT. Why is this happening?

How long do you have to be a member before you can ad a profile picture?
@Tennesseerain - as a measure against certain trolls we don't share the exact thresholds for every privilege but I can tell you that if you participate at all for a day or so you should unlock the ability to add your profile image pretty soon. :D
