Do you trust your instincts? Why or why not?

I do listen and mainly trust my gut instincts because 9/10 it is usually right

Whether I trust my instincts or not varies greatly from situation to situation. Sometimes my instincts have been dead on but I haven't been brave enough to act upon them, or they have been so far off the mark it is scary as to how wrong they have been. It has also taken me a lot of years to listen to them and understand the things that have gone through my head at different points of my life. What was the situation? In hindsight were my feelings right or wrong? Can I remember what I felt at the time so that in future I can recognise the feelings for what they are?

It's different for everyone I know, but the thing to remember is this. If you have a feeling or thought so strong about a situation that you just can't shake it.... it might be wise to examine that further.

Iv always been told my instincts are wrong when I share them so I try not to follow them but I think I'm happier when I do

it keeps changing for me according to situations. If the situation calls for a decision with huge repurcussion, i'd go with logic while on the other times, i allow instinct to make decisions.

Today, the question in my life is:

Will I trust my instincts? And yes, I will.

I have not sometimes before.

Now, my intuition is my best compass. And no matter how the cards fall I will handle it. I trust myself.

Not usually, because I tend to assume worst-case scenario. I'm usually glad when my instincts are wrong.

I trust my instincts because it is better than thinking too much and psyching myself out.

Well I dont know if ID totally call it instincts more then Id say maturity. I believe the more you experience in life and the way you handle lifes issues is kinda like instincts. You learn not to do it or well wow this works.

I totally trust my instincts to the point it scares me because I'm never wrong. It scares me so much that...I try to change it up by saying things out loud before they happen, but I still turn out right. So scary..BUT ALWAYS RIGHT.
