Problem Solving Discussion: Honoring and Recognizing Community Milestones! Your help needed!
Hello My Listener & Member Friends,
I wanted to ask you all a question and gather some feedback and ideas!!
Problem: We dont do a great job appreciating each other when community milestones are earned. Often milestones are hit with very little announcement or acknowledgement. A milestone could be a badge, a new level, a streak..etc. Anything on 7 Cups that you could feel proud of!
One thing we know, is that we all do better when we feel appreciated and supported! Whether you are a listener or a member, we all deserve some high fives when we hit a new milestone or goal.
Solution: There are many possible solutions to this problem, however one we have been thinking of would be providing users the easy ability to share about a recent accomplishment on their feed. This would allow you to easily share about a milestone on 7 Cups and get support and high fives from your followers!
In order to do this, we need to compile a list of badges (for listener and members) that we want to highlight in this way! Other items we could highlight: levels, reviews (maybe?)...etc. you can get creative here!
Please take a moment to consider these questions -
What are your favorite badges? Which badges or milestones in the community did you feel most proud to earn?

@Laura The badges for gaining compassion hearts are my favourite, they really help with my self confidence when I'm feeling low.
For me, it's the verified listener badge and the active listening badges!
I felt most proud to become a verified listener
Love it. I think any of the long term badges. Verified listener, penpal, clerk if bear hugs etc.
Was really proud when i got my Verified listener badge, Listening ace and my listening ear badge 
@Laura I think that it should be Supportive Smile, Friendly Face, Helping Hand and Wise One for the Members 
i would be most proud of getting the verified listener badge, of the badges i received so far the clerk of bear hugs and love bug are the most important to me
@Laura I feel most proud of the badges that show I've worked hard to earn a position, such as to become verified, to be an adult-teen listener, or to become a mentor, mod, peer supporter,... And as an Appreciation Team member, I try my best to show appreciation and admiration to those owning honorable badges on their profile too :)
@Laura I love this idea! I think the badges for chats, reviews, forum involvement, and leadership badges (VL, group mod, peer support, Teen Star/Mentor, etc) would be fun to share! Especially as you get to higher amounts, it can be hard to get the badges, and it's really exciting when you do finally get them! I remember how excited I was to get the Orator badge, for making 1000+ forum posts, and had wished I could share my achievement somehow. I can't wait to see the developments made on this idea!
