Welcime to 7 cups Mykey! I'm glad you're reaching out and that you're taking steps to heal and grow as a person. 

There are some societies that don't value emotions as much as we should and if you find yourself in one of those, your mental health and overall wellbeing can suffer. 

7 Cups is the right place to find people you can relate to and people who will validate your feelings so that you can, little by little, take everything that's in your chest out.

@arlingtongitau Good evening mykey. I understand well your feelings and thoughts about being from a community who is neglectful and disregards your feelings and emotions. However you do not have to worry about being neglected here on 7cups..I am a newbie and feel like I am in a safe space already!
