I joined near the start of November. It's been a couple weeks and thought it was time I should say hi.

Hello,I'm new to this whole thang.just here to hopefully get the help I need.just a little about me is that I've been in the fire and rescue service for 10 plus years now and about a week ago everything changed mentally, physically, I have in the last week been in the hospital 5 or 6 times for possible heart attack,chest pains,respiratory distress. Hospital can't find anything wrong with me ,other then extremely stressed and now be leaving of this anxiety which I have never had a medical problem my whole life,and all of a sudden I feel there is everything medically wrong.i have talked to a few people on here and think I have bottled everything I have seen and had to do to save lives ,and due to me not ever talking about it has possible caused this.im here to hopefully meet and talk to others that might be in this boat and find a way to get over these feelings and problems I go through everyday. Thanks for letting me in and I hope I'm not wasting anyone's time.
