I joined 7 Cups because I wanted to have a role in a space where people can be heard and supported, especially in difficult times. I have seen how powerful it can be having someone to talk to, and I wanted to be a part of that for others. The concept of being a safe space for someone really struck me. I'm looking for experiences and meaningful connections that will help me develop my empathy, understanding, and active listening skills. In addition, I want to gain knowledge from both listeners and members and boost my self-assurance in helping others navigate their emotional journeys.
