Many people feel unsure to express their opinions. However it is also not easy to keep your opinions to yourself and always live in fear of what others will say, how they are going to react to what you say. The best way is to be truthful to how you feel and find ways to express yourself in a respectful and polite way. Most people will respect you for that and those who do not and put you down you should ignore. There will always be people who do not agree with you and as long as you are truthful to yourself that is all that matters.

Communication can be difficult for many. As an professional self-proclaimed introvert myself, unless it's an anonymous chat, its easy to get conscious over words. For me, perhaps, its usually because I worry a lot. Word are powerful weapons that potentially harm if not utilised correctly. Their impact and consequence on both myself, others and my own standing can cause me to become afraid. Thoughts like "Am I being rude? What will they think of me? Do I sound foolish? Am I stammering? Do I sound arrogant?" Thoughts like that make me scared of communication. In real life you can't edit your chats, and check for spelling or grammar error. You can't analyse its tone. But its fine. Its fine to stammer, stumble and make mistakes. Its fine to be afraid a little of your own words. It's normal to be a little conscious, a little scared. Its because we are human, we have our quirks, our mistakes, our stammers. Better than talking to Noni, it's better to talk to a listener. So if you are afraid to speak now, its no issue. Its nothing strange or wrong.
