You are trying to do everything more than just good enough, you may have higher expectations from yourself and this affects you. You should be proud of every single thing you do, because you put effort in it and you are tryin your best to become better in your own eyes.
Because I do not believe in my own self-worth. If I don't believe I have any worth, then nothing I do will be worthy in my eyes, either. It's a good thing then that beliefs CAN be changed!
Think about what has influenced your self-worth over the years. What experiences have you had which could have shaped the self-worth that you have now?
Once beliefs are identified, we have the power and decision to begin changing them.
Once we begin to understand ourselves better, we gain more power in deciding who we want to become. :) Who do you want to be?
