I believe yes! We all get stuck and sometimes need the help to get out of that place, but it doesn't mean it'll feel like that forever. Feeling down is something you'll get through. Take your time with yourself. Concentrate on you. It's never too late to start doing what you love and enjoy life. Also, try to find support when you need it, everywhere you can. And about the inclination... you might want to try new things out, until you find something that makes you want to get out there and experience things. I believe that you have to find your way.

Yes; All people experience on a lack of motivation from time to time. This is completely natural because life has its ups and downs so do our emotional and mental states. It is impossible to predict exactly when the inclination will return as it is unique to each case for each person but as things improve and that hurt fades the inclination will return. it may be valuable to consider why the inclination went away. Perhaps answering that allows you to see the trigger/emotion that is causing the problem. Consider efforts you have taken towards your motivation and their value. Hopefully reflection of this manner will assist in the return of the inclination to do anything.
