I hope your weekend is going well. The summer has settled in mid June. The sun is out and it is a beautiful day. Often we have drinks to warm us up or cool us down or just because it’s social or a part of your day or part of your regular meals.
My preferred hot beverage is coffee decaf with Splenda and cream in a huge mug usually stars wars or Disney mugs preferred lol 😆

Do you drink Tea or Coffee ☕️ what do you prefer in them? I make home brewed iced tea everyday. I put lemon and the real stevia in them, plus ice.

Water's good. Hot chocolate too when I want to put my feet up and list 10 nice things I'm going to do for myself over the week. Homemade lavender lemonade is on my mind.

I prefer coffee, just black, no milk no sugar. Usually I have one max. two cups a day to make sure I still can sleep well lateron 😃
I don't like too hot neither too cold so room temperature but in this heat now I have iced water to cool down.

Tea, for medical reasons. Chronic conditions suck elephant [CENSORED] I still have a cup of coffee on occasion...usually when I absolutely have to wake up for some reason. My favorite coffee mug (which I rarely use) is in my pfp.

I had a great weekend, but neither for me, thanks. I don't like any hot drinks. A nice tap water will suit me just fine.
But I'll happily make you all a tea. Apparently I'm good at it cos I'm in no rush to drink it, lol.

@Clio9876 That's a good preference to have. I've been a water drinker ever since the mid-2000's...I lived in Las Vegas then (I don't recommend it. To anyone). Vegas is a city in the middle of a desert. In summer months the heat is brutal. Leave your car out in the sun & if it has a metal body you can fry an egg on the hood, I kid you not. It's dry, of course...the climate out there will wring you out like a dishrag. I picked up a few "desert rat" habits while I was there; one of them was to never allow myself to become dehydrated. A good rule of thumb is if you go to the bathroom to do #1 & it comes out deep yellow, you are dehydrated. If you get a headache, that is often the first sign of dehydration as well. In either case you should immediately chug some potable water, at least a liter...more if you can get it.
Since then, I've been a water guy.
