@amiablePeace77 This weekend I hope to get over my bad chest cold. On Monday I hope to travel to better see the eclipse.

I hope you feel better today and can go to see the eclipse tomorrow. I will watch it on the internet since it will not be visible from here.
@amiablePeace77 It went well to see the eclipse. I had to do a lot of walking in a small town. I was in bed for two days afterwards, but it was worth it for a once in a lifetime event and to spend time with one of my adult kids.

Often our inner critics or the voice of depression is trying to convince us to give up arguing it will never change. This is a lie! It can be hard to get into the driver's seat of your life again but it is possible! Don't let negative voices or beliefs stop you from improving your situation. You are worth it! What are things which made you feel being empowered again before?
