@amiablePeace77 It used to be Camping real Camping in the places on one else goes. The type of place where it takes you a couple of hours to hike into . Just you the Peps you with and Good Old Mother Nature. Living on whatever you can catch or gather. Like going back in time and having to survive by surviving.

gardening or playing with animals

I can so relate to gardening and fun with animals! I used to play "Catch me if you can" with my dogs, always lost 😢 - they were sooo fast 😃! What games do you play with your animals?

I only have my indoor cat, now. We play chase. I pretend to chase her. She lets me catch her and I give her lots of kisses. Or we play with her mice toys. She loves them. She loves to roll around on the floor under a bar stool and pretends to kill the mice. She also loves chasing ping pong balls. She's 12 and plays like a young cat. I think she knows I get enjoyment out of it, too.
Taking pictures of different landscapes and cloud formations. What so cool about taking pictures of clouds is it's one way to let them live longer than a breath in the wind. It's been awhile but will get out there sometime this summer...
Just sitting in the backyard listening to all the birds is peaceful and calming. Do that sometimes when I feel stressed out.
Forgot one... SUNSETS. I love taking pictures of sunsets.

My favorite outdoor activity is just relaxing on my porch in the nice weather. But....that isn't really an activity. So, my next favorite thing to do is ride my bicycle. I like to do 25 to 50 mile rides at a time. Running a close second is being on a lake or pond in my kayak. I like to just leisurely paddle and float around the outside, closer to the shore and watch the wildlife.

This year there are 1000s still going strong the weather is just warming up now too …. Within the month they will collapse and melt. It is a very long season starts February through to end of July …

Our weather is cool only 15 to 20 degrees Celsius but by months end they may be gone dependant on numbers and weather.
it is capelin season rolling small fish 🐟 that whales chase cool damp and foggy perfect for icebergs …
