I would say now, I’m finally learning to connect with myself in this body. I still have some work to do. But I keep trying and moving forward.
My favorite age isn’t a number at all; it’s the mindset I’m growing into right now. I feel myself stepping into clarity, purpose, and confidence, finally understanding how to show up as the version of me, I’ve always hoped to become. This season feels like a beginning, not a peak, and I love that I’m choosing growth, impact, and authenticity every day. It’s less about the years behind me and more about the way I’m thinking, healing, and leading in the present.
What makes it even more special is knowing the future years will only deepen this feeling. I can sense the person I’m becoming someone grounded, intentional, and ready to make a real difference in the world. I’m excited for the next chapters, the ones where I keep expanding, keep learning, and keep leaving the kind of impact that matters. It feels like I’m finally meeting myself, and I’m proud of who I’m becoming.

Like you I have learned about who I was in the past, and worked/working on the healing that leads to new growth and opportunities.
In some ways, it feels like a confident, hopeful excitement, not knowing how it will play out.

Hi amiable, I have a favourite saying of mine, it goes;
"Growing older is compulsory, growing UP is optional!"
However, in the spirit of the question I will say that I was at my absolute razor-sharp best, and enjoying wildly and wantonly, my nineteenth year of life. It wasn't just the s*x, d***s and rock 'n' roll, it was the nightclub scene, my French gf, surfing... yep, that would be it.

Maybe 20's and now, when I was younger, I feel like I was discovering who I was, trying to be more sociable and a bit liss rigid. It was a challenging time but also fun to be expressing myself through nails and hair and different types of clothes, changing from being reserved to a bit more outgoing..
I'm at an age now where I feel like I have more of a voice. I look back and no longer see the pretend ideal version, I see the reality.
I'm able to understand myself and my past more. I am able to figure out my needs clearer and decide I will not tolerate certain attitudes and behaviours. I feel stronger, even though I'm declining health wise.
I would say probably 20 I was able to do what I wanted ..things were hard but I managed ..

Hi, I guess it would have been when I was 3. Before I was adopted into an abusive family and the rest of my life pretty much followed that train.

Definitely my early 20s! That period was filled with so much energy, new experiences, and making memories with friends. Life felt wide open with endless possibilities and very few responsibilities
I enjoy alot but didn't manged the time good

I don’t have a favorite age bc to me age is just a number that people maybe might make too big of a deal out of.
I will however say that I am standing up for myself and saying no now which I never did before.
