What is most important to me right now is holding on to Faith and Trust in the Lord and believing that He will work out all my issues and restore and renew right thinking. Trust is hard for me, leaning and depending on anyone is a major struggle. I need to get out of my own way.

I would like to have more control over my anxiety and depression. Getting out of bed in the morning can be a challenge.

Having to face the day with all the challenges can definitively feel overwhelming when we wake up. Playing some music or listening to a motivational video can help some people to prevent those scary thoughts are sticking to the mind. Sometimes distraction can be a blessing.
