What was challenging this week? I thought my exercises were challenging this week. It took more effort for them. But I did finish them. I also thought getting other things done was a challenge as well.
What went well this week? I finished my physical therapy session for my illness. I also got to relax, rest, and finish getting better; the area is almost healed. Also, other things had gotten accomplished on my time off from everything. I also returned to 7 Cups on August 11th, the first time in over a month due to my illness.

I find when the body is not 100 % because of illness, heat or other things any work or exercises can feel much harder than they usually would. 👍 that you kept going!

All the realizations of my family. The negative realizations I’m talking about.
What went well this week?
Journaling, writing songs, singing and dancing along to all my favorite songs, and everything else that had nothing to do with my family.

What was challenging this week? My new neighbor who lives under me pounds on the walls and ceiling. I don't hear any noise so I don't know what she is pounding for. I complained to the leasing office about her. Then she confronted me. I don't like confrontations. She scared me, but I kept calm and told her that it cannot be me. I am very quiet.
What went well this week? I think I got a good deal on my new lease. If I understand it correctly, it went down by $200. I asked why and they said their head office set it up that way. I made sure I asked lots of questions and am pretty sure I understand, but I just sent them a follow up question.

What was challenging was there was a lot of traffic when I drove up to NJ to visit my brother.
What went well was it was a nice visit and my brother said, “I love you.”

I apologized to my dear children for over sharing things only an adult should know and deal with, and I promised them I wouldn't do it again. This is why I'm here. I found this place searching for help. Thank you for existing🥲

The restraint needed to step back from a friend who I said that communication is left open but she has to initiate first, I don't want to overwhelm her.
What went well this week?
I bumped into someone I hadn't seen in a couple of years and we spent a better portion of an hour catching up. She made some comments that made me feel seen, something I don't get from anyone else in the office. She brightened up the rest of my day.

What was challenging this week? A four day heat wave was challenging but it was manageable because cool nights allowed me to open windows and cool the house down.
What went well this week? I am starting to read for a half hour a day and it feels good to get into the reading habit.

What has been challenging this week and is still challenging is that my therapist is moving away and I have to find a new one. It was a year ago that my last therapist moved away, too.

I don't have zoom on my computer. It's an old computer and has no camera or microphone.
