Community Liaision Account!
Hi All!
As many of your know, @Heather, @Iara, @Amelia and I all get many Private Messages every week! In order to better communicate with the community, we have set up a Community Liasion account that ALL users are welcome to message for extra help & to get questions answered.
You can find it here.
To start we will have @Dillion helping to respond to people who use this account. Dillion is an Ambassador who has a positive, supportive voice. He is knowledgeable about the community and will be able to help answer questions.
If this project is successful, we may add more people to help manage this account.
Please feel free to message this account if:
1) Questions about active listening skills
2) Questions about how to get more involved in the community & who to talk to to get involved
3) Questions about listener or member rejections.
Note: Please do not include specific information about why your account was rejected. Make sure to refer to the support FAQ first. If you message us, we will point you to the Account Review Request form. If you need to report a bahviour about a listener, please leave a review, or if you need to report a fellow member, please email our Community Team.

How is someone with social anxiety supposed to 'chat' about their problems?
@iJinx - some find that the anonymity, confidentiality, and text (no face to fwce) make it easier.
I have really loved going through the self help guides. What would be even better is a link to the forms and exercises presented in the guides so that they can be printed off and utilized during the week. Or is there a way to do this that I am overlooking?

There isn't. The idea is to use them while on the app. Makes sense to me. You have however link to videos used and all resources so u can search for more if u need alone.

Not sure if this is the right place to ask this question, but I couldn't find a tech support thread. I was at level 60 or 61 yesterday. I logged in this morning on my phone and pc and both show me at level 989. I'm really confused by this and suspect it's just a glitch, but who do I contact about it? Thanks in advance! :)

How do I put up a profile picture though my phone?
@Squidbot you have to use the website to put a profile pic, there is a mobile version to the website :). You go to the "Me" tab, then find where it says "Settings", then you click that and there should be a place where it says "add a public profile" add one and then you should be good to go!

Why does it take like a year for an actual person to start talking to you?
@Renie619 I am sorry you are seeing slow response from member.
Could be they are away when you accept their chat. I sometimes pick 2 people to improve my chances for a quick response but sometimes I get two very lively chats.
Some members are on their phones which is not as quick as a keyboard.
Every time I try to repost something to my feed, it says repost failed. This has been happening for about three days.

How do i get past level 9 on my path i messaged a listener and have been talking to her all morning and still on it. It says i nedd to talk to a listener.
@Momof2babies What is the specific step on 9? Can you try reaching out to our support team if you are still stuck on this?
