Hi everyone! I'm Ece from the 7 Cups Product team. 👋
I've spent the past couple of months hard at work with our engineers on behind-the-scenes improvements to our email & notifications servers, SEO, data & analytics, and all sorts of QA & bug fixes. So far I've been quietly lurking but wanted to post a note to say hi & introduce myself as I'll be more actively communicating going forward!
I'm so glad to be working on this amazing mission & so impressed with the dedication of our listeners! My virtual door is always open for feedback & thoughts.

The only thing I notice that is really wierd that has happened in the last few months is this:
On the Chat 1-1 page when I use the scroll wheel to go down the list it automatically keeps returning to the top. What I want to do is be able to stay on the list wherever I am so I do not have to race to click on a name before it automatically returns me to the top.
The same thing happens in Group Support chat after I click on one of the discussions I am here so when I try to announce in rooms at the bottom of list I am automatically brought up to the top. I would use the list here to announce but it does not indicate teen or adults https://www.7cups.com/connect/groupChatrooms.php
So I do not know what you can do about that. Right now I am racing to get to the bottom before it flips me back to the top of the list. It was never like this until a couple months ago. It is not very user friendly. Sometimes I have to hold down the page down key to get to the bottom of list and quickly click on 1-1 chat or Group Support Chat before it flips me back to the top.

@soulsings same thing happens to me! A race to find the PM or the room I need before it hops back up. I finally was able to get it on video so am submitting a bug ticket about it this week.
