New Quality Mentor Leader: Polarcat

Hello everyone!

I am very excited to announce that we'll be adding a new Quality Mentor Leader to our team!

@PolarCat - Polarcat has been a dedicated listener and community volunteer Sincer July 2015. Since starting as a mentor, Polarcat has been most interested in quality related projects (she is also a treasured listener chatroom mentor). Specifically, she focuses alot of her time on Quality coaching and Active Listening Test Grading. More recently, she helped to conceptualize and execute the updated Listener evaluation project. She'll be working along side @Amelia to keep this project moving forward with the intent of improving listener quality. In her role as a quality mentor leader, she will continue to be part of these projects. We are really proud of her work and look forward to watching her leadership continue to grow in our wonderful community.
