World Mental Health Day Event [Masterpost]
Hello Lovely Community! I hope everyone is doing well.

Today is October 10, World Mental Health Day (WMHD). It is a day which aims to raise awareness on mental health issues globally.
At 7cups, we encourage each and everyone to take some time to:
1. Reflect on one's own well-being 2. Practice self-care
3. Support each other with compassion and sincerity.
The General Support and the Positivity and Gratitude Sub-Community is collaborating to host a 4 days long event to celebrate WMHD starting from today.
We would like to invite all of you to participate in our events everyday! Let's spread awareness and also have some fun.
Event Schedule

◍ Day 2 : Forum Icebreaker on "Cleanse Your Mind" by P&G (October 11)
◍ Day 3 : Forum Trivia on "World Mental Health Day" by GS (October 12)
◍ Day 4 : Chatroom Discussion on "Journey towards Positive Mindset" at 11 am EST by P&G (October 13)
