Academy Awards April 2023

Hi everyone! I hope you are doing well. It is time to announce all of our dedicated mentors/graduates/trainees who got nominated for academy awards since last month's post.

• Sya has been mentoring CDM for quite a while now and she's consistent in her contributions. She is smart, assertive, kind and... funny! Thank you so so much for being you, Sya 🤗

• When I first started QLP , I was confused by what was expected of me and wanted to make sure I was doing everything that I needed to. @HealingTalk helped me every step of the way, answering all of my questions and ensured that I knew exactly what I was supposed to do. They even checked in on me to make sure I was doing okay. I appreciate them so much and I look forward to seeing them help even more people in the future

• They guided me when I was an Intern. They were responsive and was my first idea of what an academy mentor was supposed to be like before I became an academy mentor.

• They deserve this award because they have answered all my questions, with a thoughtful response. They pointed me in the right direction with helpful resources. They didn't give me stupid answers or acted like I was a kid.

• They have been really kind, considerate, and compassionette. They also made sure things were going well with my internship.

• They have been so helpful throughout my entire internship journey. I have had a lot of questions regarding how best to go about certain steps of the internship, and they have always been so supportive and respond in a very timely manner. I feel like I can always reach out to them with any questions and will not feel any judgement, they’re amazing!

• Justicia went directly from her Training to take on one of the most demanding tasks. She performed her responsibilities conscientiously and with utmost care demonstrating very good judgment, which is essential to this particular task. She made the effort to keep complying with her responsibilities even in the face of external events which hampered the energy and peace of mind necessary to accomplish the job.
