October is here, bringing with it the magic of harvest and the power of reflection, whispers of wisdom and the promise of transformation. As we gather the fruits of our efforts and prepare for the season ahead painting our days with golden hues and crisp inspiration! 🍁 As the season shifts and we cozy into fall; it’s the perfect time to reflect on the warmth and wisdom shared within our Academy. 

October wraps us in its gentle embrace, reminding us that change can be beautiful. As leaves turn and the air grows crisp, we’re invited to slow down and appreciate the steady rhythm of growth within our Academy. Whether you're mentoring with warmth, learning with curiosity, or simply showing up with heart, this season is a celebration of your impact. Let’s honor the connections that keep us grounded and the courage that keeps us growing. It’s time to celebrate the mentors, trainees, and leaders who’ve sown seeds of support and compassion. Whether you're lighting the way for others or finding your own path, offering a listening ear, sharing your story, or lifting others with encouragement, your presence is a gift. This month is a tribute to your journey—and the healing your help create. It’s a time to honor the quiet strength and steady guidance that define our Academy.  Let’s celebrate the mentors and members who make this space feel like home. 

October invites us to fall into gratitude and rise in support. As the trees shed their leaves, we’re reminded of the beauty in letting go and the strength in showing up. 

This month, we honor and celebrate the mentors, trainees, and leaders who’ve stood tall in service, compassion, and growth and made a difference. 

I hope you're all thriving in your roles as mentors, trainees, interns, and leaders! I am excited to announce the nominations for this month.

💡 Quick reminder!

🌟 Rules of nomination:

✔️ The nomination pool includes academy graduates, trainees, and interns. To nominate someone, they must have directly supported you during your academy journey and be affiliated with the academy.

✔️ Mentors and team leads are also encouraged to nominate fellow mentors or leaders who have excelled in their roles.

❓ Who can nominate:

Any trainee may nominate someone affiliated with the academy—this includes trainees, alumni, mentors, mentor leaders, and ambassadors. The nominee must have played a direct role in supporting your academy experience. Academy leaders may also nominate each other for outstanding effort or going above and beyond.

🚫 Excluded categories:

❌ Anyone not directly associated with academy  

❌ You can not nominate yourself  

❌ Admins  

📝 So whenever you come across any such person, submit a nomination for them!
