What song expresses how you're doing today?
Music expresses how I'm doing a lot better than I usually ever can verbally, so I thought this might be a helpful for some of us. I've lost track of how many songs I've played for my therapist. Please try to make sure that it follows the 7Cups and community guidelines.

Hello. Adele. (Emotionally, I see the gray side. Not only seeing the world in black and white, I see the gray. It is a huge struggle usually with BPD and my PTSD.)

That is beautiful that you are able to see the world in grey despite your challenges with BPD and PTSD. Thank you for sharing. I know how difficult that can be and I'm very proud of you for harnessing that ability

Today sadly I'm not the happiest. It turns out that a large, corporate company decided to push my offline harm reduction group out of a rave that we were all so excited to volunteer at. There's a sense of feeling rejected and a bit of "screw you authority" so right now it's gotta be this one Rejected by Rancid
@VinylFly sorry to hear that. That must of been really bad news for you. I hope they regret it now cuz they lost the best thing what could of happened to them. I know these things happen. It wasn't meant to be and you deserve better. What kind of company was it

Today it would probably have to be NVM by Faith Marie. Just not in the best mindset today, which has seeped over from last night. Going to work towards trying to make the songs not quite as applicable for the rest of the day, though.
