✨ You’re Doing Better Than You Think! Let’s Share Our Wins. ✨
🎀🤍 Hey there, wonderful people, 🤍🎀
I want to remind you today that feeling anxious, overwhelmed or unsure is completely okay. Life can be tough and sometimes anxiety makes even the simplest things feel like mountains to climb 🏔️ but that doesn’t mean you’re failing or falling behind!
Healing and growth don’t come with a timeline or a checklist ⏳ Some days you might feel strong and capable 💪 Other days, it might feel like you’re just barely holding on. And you know what? Both are okay. If all you did today was breathe and survive, that’s enough. Truly! 🌬️
💛 You’re allowed to feel tired 😴
💛 You’re allowed to take a break without guilt 🛌
💛 You’re allowed to move forward at your own pace 🐢
No one else’s journey looks like yours 🚶♀️🚶♂️ and comparing yourself only adds unnecessary pressure. Instead, try to be gentle with yourself! 🤗
Sometimes, sharing even a small victory 🏆 or a simple coping trick 🧘 can light the way not just for you but for someone else in this community 🌟 We’re all walking this path together and your experience matters! 💬
This space is for your fears 😟 your doubts 🤔 your courage 💖 and your growth. All of it. You belong here, exactly as you are! 🤍
Here’s a quote to carry with you:
"You don’t have to control your thoughts. You just have to stop letting them control you" - Dan Millman
I’d love to hear from you:
✨ What’s one small thing you’ve done recently that made you feel proud or gave you a little bit of peace?
✨ How do you remind yourself that you’re enough on the hard days?
Let’s support each other by sharing our little wins and gentle reminders 💞 You’re not alone and you’re doing better than you think! 🤍🤗
With care,
Bow 🎀🌈
Hey Bow!
One small win for me was breaking my personal record of my swimming
pace. I had been on the same pace for several months and now finally
improved it by a bit. That felt nice.
A way to remind myself that
I am enough is usually by taking a long walk and thinking a lot. I think about
how everyone faces difficulties and that feeling down about something is
not unusual. I have been trying to practice with seeing myself through the same lens as I see others, so I am not extra hard on myself.
How about you?
I completed an assignment.
I remind myself that I am enough on hard days by journaling, and praying about the difficulty that I am facing,
Thank you for posting 🙂

That’s a lovely win to celebrate! Finishing an assignment takes focus and energy, especially on tough days! 🌿💪
I really admire how you turn to journaling and prayer as a way to cope. That kind of inner support can be such a powerful anchor. 🕊️📝
Thanks so much for sharing your heart ❤️

I went for a nature walk and took my journal with me. I took the time to do grounding 5-4-3-2-1 while I was there. I faced fears yesterday by doing my laundry (I haven’t been able to because of a recent surgery)
It’s a constant reminder. Sometimes that inner critic doesn’t want to listen. I think of things people have said to me. ❤️

That’s so inspiring 🌿💛 Facing your fears post-surgery and taking time for grounding is incredibly brave. Small steps like these are big wins! 💪✨
And you're so right, sometimes the inner critic can be loud, but holding on to the kind and affirming words from others can really help soften that voice. ❤️

🌷 ︵‿︵‿︵‿︵‿︵ What’s one small thing you’ve done recently that made you feel proud or gave you a little bit of peace?
✧ Lately, I’ve found so much peace in rereading my 7 Cups reviews. Seeing the kind words from members—knowing that my listening made someone feel seen and cared for—fills me with this quiet kind of pride. It reminds me that even small moments of connection can leave lasting ripples.

🌙 ︵‿︵‿︵‿︵‿︵ How do you remind yourself that you’re enough on the hard days?
✧ When the hard days come, I remind myself that my worth isn’t measured by how much I can do—it’s simply in who I am. I think back to the moments when someone has said “you helped me more than you know.” Even when I feel empty, even when I can’t shine as brightly, my presence still carries meaning. I am enough, even in the quiet.

Hey Bubbaa 💕🌸
Thank you so much for sharing your heart. It’s truly beautiful how you find peace in rereading the kind words people have shared with you 💌 Sometimes we don’t realize how deeply even our smallest acts of kindness ripple into someone else’s world 🌊✨💖
I really felt your words about being enough, even in the quiet. 🌙 Some days we shine and some days we just are and both are worthy 💫🤗
With warmth,

Hey Bow,
My small win is that I managed to cook yesterday and today I went alone to the pharmacy. I cried there but still. I went and took my médecine. Another win is that I start seeing light and I believe it will be ok again one day. I'm not desperate all the time now. My brain just needs time and calm ❤️
@CaramelCafe
Hey 💕
That is a win! Actually, it’s a few wins all at once 💪✨ Cooking, getting yourself to the pharmacy, taking your meds… even through tears, you showed up for yourself. That’s not small. That’s courage! 🌼
I know how hard it can be when everything feels heavy, but the fact that you're starting to feel little sparks of hope again is beautiful. ✨
You’re not alone in this. Sending you a ton of love and gentle strength today 💖🌿

Dear Bow,
I don't know you but this kind of message gives me even more hope ❤️ Thank you for your kind words and support. It's incredible how life can turn upside down in no time. One day I was shining and happy and a month later I'm a mess. I believe that people helping people will be one of the things that will make me feel better. Still, I really consider taking antidepressants... Will keep you updated.
Much love and gratitude 🙏
