Hello everyone and I hope you are all going easy on yourself. I can't even imagine how difficult it could be to deal with Bipolar, Schizophrenia, or Psychosis. But please know you are not alone in this journey. We are all here for each other to listen to, support, and progress together.
Given that, I am excited to share that we going to have some support sessions on Bipolar starting from February 2, 2023 (Thursday) at 8.00 PM Eastern time.
A special thanks and shout out to @hotaru who will be going to be the discussion leader of these sessions. The session will take place in Bipolar Support Chat and it will be opened 5-10 minutes before the session kicked off.
We are hoping with these small steps we able to discuss and support each other more. Everyone is invited to participate and support. Your presence and participation will be much appreciated.
On Feb 02 (Thursday), we will be discussing: Bipolar and Stigmas.

Yay! How are discussions going? I'm just learning about this first one on Feb 2nd. Is this an ongoing thing? I think it could be really useful for me. and that day/time works! in my strange schedule!
