My Letter To Anxiety:
My dear good old friend. I am tired of you, gotta be frank. I'm tired of trying to work things out, then overthinking and overwhelming myself. Why do you keep on visiting me in my dream? Just let me be for goodness sake!
But, you're still my friend. I understand why you are the way that you are. You are a being full of love. You just want to keep me safe, I bet? Maybe, that's why you have been constantly nagging me in the back of my mind. Thank you for caring for me. But please trust me, to do my job. Trust that I have my own path, my own pace, and I'm a strong person. Thank you for being there for me.
Yours truly,
Lemo

A letter to my anxiety:
Anxiety, just fuck off, leave me alone, you have wrecked so many things for me, and started so many meltdowns, breakdowns and episodes. I would rather you leave me alone in peace so i have some shred of confidence somewhere. I am tired of you making me overthinking and making me uncomfortable. So fuck off and leave me alone anxiety!
Hi, I can hear and relate to your frustrating relationship with anxiety and there is no shame in letting it out. I’m glad you can express yourself and be transparent with how you are feeling.

Beautiful Lem! 🤍🤍🤍 I just saw this tag as I browsed Content forum. No idea why I didn't get the notif xD
@kindLemonade here you go...
Hello my loyal companion,
We have been walking side by side for far too long. You have been a strong guardian angel that relentlessly tries to keep me safe from the danger that has so many names. Failure, shame, guilt, and more names than I could possibly remember.
I know you care about me, but you're suffocating me. And now, I can't have your overprotective nature hindering people I care about to live their lives to the fullest, or stray them away from me. And most importantly I want you to learn that it is the Omnipotent Being who has been keeping us unharmed. It wasn't you.
The full version is in my journal 😀 thanks for the tag, Lemo. Hope you like it. 🤍
I love how much compassion you are giving to your anxiety. Yet, you make a clear distinction that what is protecting you is not anxiety itself. Poor poor our old dear companion 😜
