1. I'm ok. Finishing up my Saturday morning at work.
2. A lot has happened lately. It seems like everyone is having issues. It's caused problems for me too, but I think I've been closer to some friends for helping them through it as best as I can.
3. Present is what's really important. It's all we have control over. The future is something we can't count on, but can invest in. I don't know what to say about the past. I feel like I've lived so many lifetimes at this point. I'm often better not focusing on those, but sometimes I can get something from it.

I had exams and a huge work load to do at the sametime. It was a heactic week. I need some rest but can't seem to get it.

We're glad to know you're doing fine. It's understandable for you being tired as well especially when the examinations around the corner. It truly makes sense that it makes us more anxious than before that we couldn't get any rest but i suggest for you to do something relaxing between your studies. A bad I went downhill and i had a trigger happen but a good i finally reached out for help and have been working on getting better. 3. Which of these do you think is important through your someone’s life? I believe each plays a important role but I think the present is most important as the past is gone and the future isn’t really there, it’s constantly changing.

I'm doing alright. I'm almost done with my master's degree - I just have to finish two more assignments and I will feel a big burden off my best. I think the present is the most important and builds our future, and helps us try out new strategies that didn't work out in the past.

Hi I’m new to most of this don’t get on here a lot but need something that will help so here I am 1. I’m okay I’m feeling down and anxious 2. Something bad not directly but my nana is on her death bed and my life feels as if it’s falling apart I’m a absent bad friend and I don’t think I’m a good girlfriend and everything feels as if it’s falling apart. 3. Present it’s the only we can really control is what’s happening now there’s no telling what the future holds and our past is just lessons learned that we shouldn’t dwell on

I'm sorry to hear that you've been through all of these. I'm truly sorry for your loss as well, may she be rest in peace. i can understand how hard it is when things are falling apart and not as we expected to be. I hope i could decrease your sadness and take some of your pains away. Do you want to tell us more baout it if you don't mind? Oh, you have a nice opinion there and I totally agree with that.

Hi. Im new to this site I have never had any for of therapy or support for my mental health but today I had one of my worst breakdowns I have had in a while and I just knew trying to figure this out alone was not going to help, but hinder me. I have been living in a country far from family over 3 years without seeing them or returning back in pursuit of a failed dream. I failed at my job, I now have the lowest paid job and am too disappointed in myself to admit to my family. I have no true friends here to talk to, they all always end up leaving me because I'm unlovable. I just have begun to see I am truly alone and I don't have anyone on my life to help me, but I don't want to give up on myself so I'm trying this one last thing. Even if it's just talking about it anonymously so that I can be heard I feel it will somehow help. Anyway that's how my last week/years have been going. Love and light to you all
That sounds rough. I know how it is leaving people behind for a failed dream, but I wasn't as strong as you. Three years in another country? You are so brave and strong. I don't know how to help, but with the actual economy and state of the world, even if you have the lowest paid job, I'm sure it took you great effort to get there. I hope the situation gets better.

You have had roughest adn rocky paths in your life, Whatever you feel right now is totally valid. I can get that failures always leave us to be helpless and disappointed in ourselves. But I know you have done the best you could for your dreams and goals to come true. You're totally loved and lovable.You may have your own downs but you deserved to be loved as well and I'm sure everything you did today will be paid off someday. We hear you and we care about you. I hope things will turn out better for you sooner :)

1) How are doing? Over the weekend, I felt down because no matter what I accomplish in life, people take everything I do as a joke because they obviously so much better.
2) Did something good or bad happened to you recently? Would you like to tell us about it? I am very outspoken and blunt with people. Several people contacted the center where I work and now my colleagues are working with me on managing my emotions. The sad thing I just graduated from college and I am sitting at the front desk as a receptionist. I am not happy about that.
3) Which of these do you think is important throughout someone's life? Past, present or future? The present because that can helo define your future.
Remember that people need to feel good about themselves so sometimes they put others down to do that. I am sorry that your first job is less than what you wanted. I think that happens to a lot of new college graduates. It happened to me. I thought it would all just fall onto my plate and it didn't. You will find what you want to do slowly but surely. @Summershy
I am depressed because I have a disability and people seem to think they are better than I am. So it sounds like I have the post college blues. I have opportunities. At the moment, I am a receptionist.
I think sometimes people appear to think they are better than someone else merely because they are so insecure themselves. Remember that you never know what is going on in their heads. And a receptionist isn't necessarily a bad thing. I started out volunteering for about a year before I even found a job that paid me. My son graduated in May and his current job only lasts two months and pay $2000. You build towards what you want and don't worry about what others think. @Summershy
