Dear Desiree,

Please don't ever "lose" yourself, your loves, and your passions! Never give someone control of you! Guard your heart and your emotions! Do not give someone power over you to control what you do or how you feel! Always love yourself and put yourself first... physically, spiritually, mentally, emotionally. Put yourself first and never lose the parts of you that make you you! Do what makes you happy. Please be happy! Do not take for granted life! And through everything, never let no one make you feel little like your life doesn't matter! You deserve to live a life you are happy and proud of. Please, always work on self everyday. Please never lose sight of who and what you are! Strive to be and do better everyday! I love you, Desiree! (My note to my younger self.)

Love yourself. Things will blow over eventually, and you will be happy. Keep doing the things you love and fight for your rights. Never let anyone take advantage of you and keep your head up princess, or else your crown will fall. heart

What youre stressing over so much right now wont matter in a few years. Also, youre perfect, and no one is watching. Dont worry :)

My advice to my younger self is not to grow up because when you do, life just seems to get worse and worse.

You surely did a great job at proving people wrong. The teacher who ridiculed you in the 3rd grade, did you a favor, and for that you can stand proud!

There is nothing wrong in not being popular or not having a huge friend group in high school because you will never see those same people again after graduating. It is better to have few true friends rather than shallow aquatintances. What is important is quality over quantity. Also there is nothing wrong in being quiet, reserved, and an introvert in an extroverted world.

Be thankful for being alive and living in this world because life is a gift. Be open to new experiences and opportunities. If one door closes ,another one opens.

Also make time for making memories even though you are busy with school. There is more to life than studying all the time.

I would advice my younger self (in relation to studies) to focus on self-study instead of going to a tuition teacher.

Dear Azu ^^

It's hard to talk in class, it's hard to talk to boys, and it's hard to tell your friends that they hurt you. But it's okay to step outside of your boundaries. Tell your teachers "thank you" after class. Tell that cute boy in the seat next to you that you "love their eyes". Choose kind people to hang out with. Why? Because you will regret it in the future. Make the most of the time with the people you love. Everyone comes into your life for a reason, but not everyone stays.

Your life motto is: "Nobody deserves your crap." That's why you tried so hard to befriend everyone and not stick up to your beliefs. It's important to add this to your motto: "You don't deserve their crap either."
