One of my friends recently went missing, they haven't called anybody, me or my friends, and she had been saying some stuff related to Suicide. Im kinda worried about her :c

@Heather225 I joined February 19, 2015. Cups has been my life saver. I was in a day program when a few years later I found Cups. It was my go to for help in adjacent to groups in program. Between the 2 I found great strategies to help me find healing.

@Heather225 Although as members we can go chat with a listener and receive support what many of whom I spoke to didn't know and frankly was shocked when they will tell me how they feel a certain way for bothering me and I tell them sure I am here to be supportive of them but what some don't realize it is two fold. They are also helping me. Sometimes I feel they help me more than I do them. Many times I tend to forget certain things I learned in program and chattin’ with members helps refreshen my memory on those things so I think we help each other regardless of what way we connect with each other here on cups.
