7 cups does bridge that gap of a supportive safe space and meaningful connections and it’s easy to feel attached to the safe and kind and bright environment here. There’s lots to do and explore also. Something to do always, someone to be in company of always. 

Just always good to remember that we are allowed breaks/ pauses on whichever account you’re on whether listener or member. Listeners even more hehe, I’m sure you know by now already and it’s such a learning curve here to practice incorporating boundaries and managing self-care.
