🌸 A Safe Space to Unload 🌸

Mental health is something so many people carry quietly. 🫶

Sometimes it looks like anxiety hidden behind a smile. Sometimes it’s depression that makes even the smallest task feel exhausting. Sometimes it’s trauma, grief, loneliness, burnout, overthinking, or simply feeling like you’re carrying the weight of everything on your own. 💭🖤 The truth is, mental health struggles don’t always look obvious and often, the hardest battles are the ones nobody sees.

One thing I want this space to be is somewhere people feel safe. 🌿✨ As a listener, I care deeply about what others are carrying. I know how powerful it can be to simply be heard without judgment, without pressure, and without feeling like you have to hide what’s really going on. Sometimes people don’t need advice; they just need someone willing to sit with them in their feelings and remind them they matter. 🤍

💌 So here’s today’s check-in:
What’s something you’re struggling with quietly?
What’s been weighing on your heart or mind that you haven’t really said out loud? 🌧️💭

You don’t have to carry it alone. 🫂💜

My inbox and this space are always open. Whether you need to vent, talk, cry, process, or simply know someone cares  I’m here for you. Always. 🌙🕊️🩷

For me it's adulting that feels scary rn, losing all the safety net and stuff- and fear of not keeping up with people's expectations and all the other things that comes with it..

@fossilfellow

That sounds like a really heavy thing to carry. Stepping into adulthood can feel overwhelming when it comes with so much pressure figuring things out, trying to stay afloat, and feeling like there are expectations coming from every direction. Losing that sense of a safety net can make everything feel uncertain and scary, especially when it feels like you’re supposed to “keep up” while still learning as you go.

What stands out to me is how much you care about doing well and meeting those expectations, and that alone says a lot about your strength and how seriously you take your future. At the same time, it makes sense that it feels exhausting.

When you think about those expectations, do they feel more like pressure coming from other people, or pressure you put on yourself?

@LexListens2025 pressure coming from other people mostly... but also that I'm feeling like I'm getting closer to an expiry date to get over with things I've been dealing with for so long and feeling very behind and I'm unsure about a lot of stuff related to my future :(

Thank you for listening ❤️❤️

My ED and doing way too much, not resting

@jesusredeemedme2425

That sounds incredibly hard to carry, and I’m really glad you shared it. Dealing with an eating disorder on its own can be mentally, emotionally, and physically draining and when you add constantly doing too much, pushing yourself past your limits, and not allowing yourself real rest, it can create a cycle that feels impossible to step out of. It makes sense that you may be feeling worn down, overwhelmed, or stretched thin.

Sometimes when people are carrying a lot inside, staying busy can become a way to cope keeping moving so there’s no time to sit with difficult thoughts or feelings, or feeling like rest brings guilt, anxiety, or the sense that you should be doing more. Other times, it can feel like there’s pressure to keep proving something to yourself or to others even when your body and mind are asking for care. Either way, that kind of constant pressure is exhausting.

You deserve moments of rest, nourishment, and gentleness, not because you’ve “earned” them by doing enough, but because your wellbeing matters. Slowing down does not make you weak, lazy, or less worthy. Taking care of yourself is important, especially when you’re already carrying so much.

What you’re going through sounds really heavy, and you don’t have to hold it all by yourself.

I took a quick anxiety and depression test on here, and I have 100% anxiety and 80% depression. I didn't think I would get such a high score for anxiety or depression...

@DarkXWolf17KAI

That sounds like a lot to sit with, especially when the results came back higher than you expected. Seeing numbers like that can feel overwhelming, confusing, or even scary and it can suddenly make struggles you’ve been carrying quietly feel very real. At the same time, taking that test and being honest in your answers took courage, and that matters.

Scores can be helpful in shining a light on what you may be dealing with, but they don’t define you as a person they simply point toward the amount of emotional weight you may be carrying right now. Anxiety and depression can be exhausting, especially when you’ve been pushing through silently for so long that your struggles start to feel “normal.”

I hope you’re gentle with yourself as you process this. What you’re feeling deserves attention, care, and support. You don’t have to have everything figured out today, and you don’t have to carry it all alone either. Thank you for opening up and sharing something vulnerable. I’m really glad you did. Sending warmth your way, and hoping you’re able to find moments of peace even in the middle of what feels heavy. Only ever a message away 💛

@LexListens2025 since my mom passed in 2006 my life has been very challenging today im stressed with always feeling alone and no help. I have no one I can call a real friend and no family. Trying to find a job just finishing school and can’t even attend my graduation because I have no money to do so. I just want someone to be around to talk to that actually cares

My heart really goes out to you reading this. It sounds like you’ve been carrying an incredible amount of grief, loneliness, stress, and disappointment for a very long time and carrying all of that without feeling like you have real support around you is such a heavy burden for anyone to hold. Losing your mom, feeling alone in the world, trying to finish school, searching for work, and facing financial stress all at once is a lot, and it makes sense that you’re feeling overwhelmed.

I also just want to say finishing school is an achievement worth being proud of, even if circumstances are making graduation difficult right now. What you accomplished still matters. The hard work, the determination, and the strength it took to keep going despite everything you’ve faced says so much about your resilience. That deserves recognition.

And when you say you just want someone to talk to who genuinely cares that’s such a deeply human need. Everyone deserves connection, kindness, and to feel like they matter to someone. I’m really glad you shared what’s on your heart, because your pain matters, and so do you. Even if life feels isolating right now, your story has value, your presence has value, and there are people who would care about what you’re going through.

I truly hope brighter moments find their way to you whether that’s support, friendship, opportunities, or simply someone showing up for you in a meaningful way. You’ve been carrying so much on your own for so long. Thank you for being honest about how hard it’s been. Sending so much care your way, and hoping life starts meeting you with more softness soon. 💛

@LexListens2025

definitely need this as I struggle everyday, most days I don’t even want to wake up, most nights, my head is so full of negative thoughts, that I can’t even sleep, so I usually stay awake until I pass out, or just stay awake until the next night. I’ve been suffering with this since the 18th of November 2025, when my ex put a DVO in me and had me kicked out of my house, taking my kids away from me. They couldn’t undaunted why their dadalene, that’s what they call me, couldn’t stay any more, because of the lies my ex made in the original police statement..

@crimsonTurtle9803

What you’re carrying sounds unbelievably painful the loss of your home, being separated from your children, the heartbreak of them not understanding why you couldn’t stay, the sleepless nights, and the constant flood of painful thoughts in your mind. That is an enormous amount for one person to hold, and it makes sense that you’re feeling deeply overwhelmed by it all.

What stood out to me most is how much love you clearly have for your kids. Even through all this pain, your heartbreak over being apart from them comes through so strongly. The fact that they have a special name for you, “dadalene,” says there is love and connection there and that bond matters. No matter how heavy things feel right now, the love you have for them is real and meaningful.

I’m also really sorry that your nights have become so painful that sleep feels impossible. Being alone with nonstop negative thoughts can be exhausting in a way words barely touch. You’ve been carrying this grief, stress, and hurt day after day, and that takes a tremendous amount of strength, even if it doesn’t feel like strength from where you’re standing.

I’m really glad you spoke about what you’re going through instead of holding it all inside. You deserve a space where your pain can be heard. I truly hope life begins to give you moments of relief, clarity, and support because you’ve been fighting a very hard battle. Please keep holding on to whatever small pieces of hope you can find, even if it’s just for today. Sending so much care your way, and hoping gentler days find you soon. I’m here if you ever need a chat.

Loneliness.

Technically isolation. It takes a toll on you to not have anyone, and the distrust of ppl , its hard. Been more quiet and secretive, becus tries for help have led to dissapointment recently, i do keep trying but ill be honest its still hard. Hard to understand ppl too. Feels like ur stuck in time.

@berrycheesecake90

Thank you for being so honest about what you’re carrying. What you described the loneliness, isolation, distrust, and feeling disconnected from people sounds deeply exhausting. When reaching out for help has led to disappointment, it makes complete sense that you’d become quieter, more guarded, and more secretive. After being let down, protecting yourself can start to feel safer than opening up again, even though that protection can also feel painfully lonely.

What stood out to me is when you said, “I do keep trying.” That says so much about your strength. Even while feeling disappointed, confused by people, and emotionally worn down, there’s still a part of you that hasn’t given up and that matters more than you may realize. Holding onto that small part of yourself that keeps trying is something to be proud of.

And the way you described feeling “stuck in time” really hits hard, because isolation can make life feel exactly like that like the world keeps moving while you’re standing still, trapped in the same pain, same thoughts, same emptiness. That feeling can be incredibly heavy to live with day after day.

I just hope you know that your struggle is real, your feelings make sense, and the walls you’ve built likely came from trying to survive disappointment, not from weakness. You deserve genuine connection, understanding, and people who show up consistently not more hurt. Thank you for sharing something so vulnerable. I’m really glad you did. Sending a lot of care your way, and hoping that in time, the right people and brighter moments find their way into your life. 💛
