Girlllll? Just one thing! 

Who is literally anyone to counter what a mother says? Especially when it’s your mom who loves you and is with you through the thicks and thinsss?

I recall some previous thread where you mentioned your mom is the closest person in your life and the one who means the most to you. I hope that stands corrected always and may you continue to believe the lens of someone who loves you and views you with love and kindness. 🧿💖

A pebble of good intentions and positive regard was dropped into a lake of doubts and tears.

The splash sent out ripples which spread out further and further until they had crossed the entire water and caressed each and every shore.

Those seeing ripples smiled out how the sunlight seemed to reflect all the brighter and in a kaleidoscope of possibilities from what had once seemed a dark and foreboding mirror.

Some, upon seeing those ripples decided to drop pebbles of their own, until the lake was alive with tiny dancing wavelets. 

See just how great an effect your dropping of that pebble had Kiara.

You may feel that way, but honestly, one never knows if they did unless one has explicitly been told that. There’s various times where I personally feel like someone has made my life better but never voiced it out because I would be too embarrassed to feel so vulnerable, or perhaps afraid that I was being too corny. Just know, even if people haven’t told you outright that you’ve made their lives better, that doesn’t mean you’ve made it worse either. You’re a lot more helpful than you think, even small gestures can greatly impact someone’s mood. Keep going, you’re certainly doing something right!
