The quiet part is we often do not get to see our impact on others. 

We do not always get to see or hear from those we have brightened a day or even helped people see something in themselves. I know if I get a thanks for replying it makes my week and I know you must have gotten many who were glad you replied to their post perhaps their very first post. 

sometimes it is something very small to us that makes a difference.   Believe it when others say you have done this.

dyou know one thing you are? constant. every day, no matter how weird, exhausting or straight up bad it is, i know i can log in on cups and find something from you im tagged in.

And I like it. 

Because it reminds me Im still alive.

Youre the one who calls the whole team when someone admits to feeling down, and sure, we come flocking, but we probably wldnt even have seen that post if it wasnt for you. Youre the one who talks about books and shows and foods and trauma, and encourages so many people to open up aswell.

You are not the one who ruins other peoples lives, or make them worse. Much the opposite, really.

Stop looking at the shadow you cast and start noticing the light you give, because everyone has shadows but very few have a light like yours

Kiara, I don’t think you are aware of the positive vibes you create here. Please read thru the replies you got. its proof of what kind of a person you are. I haven’t yet interacted with you but what was said, said it all. Please take it in and enjoy the person you have become to those around you. Our low self esteem can make us believe something that is apparently not true. You have created love and certainty got loved back 😘
