Comforting words 🥰
Please use this space to share the most comforting thing you've ever heard (whether as a quote or someone telling you or anyone else around you) OR something you would find comforting to hear right now 💕
I'd like to say that everyone has different things they battle with it just helps to be kind always, a lot of people struggle opening up about their struggles but that doesn't mean they don't have any or that their struggles are any less or invalid or like the quote you may have heard "Just because I carry it well doesn't mean it is not heavy" so this goes to every heart that's silently hurting- I see you and your pain is valid ❤

I have heard a lot of comforting things from a lot of wonderful and kind, supportive people over the course of the last couple of days. All of them from people here in this community. I am thankful and grateful to each and every one of them.
I will not just pick one statement because I treasure them all equally.
Everyone is fighting a harder battle.
So treat everyone with kindness.
with compassion.
hatred never wins.
treat yourself kindly
It might hurt right now. but your worth it.
you can do this.
our past doesn't define us.
no one can define us.
only we choose who we get to be. You can choose who you want to be. Dont let anyone else take you down. your amazing the way you are. I believe in you. and if you don't believe in yourself then we are here for you. love yourself. be you. because at the end of the day, you are who you are.
"love yourself because that's who you have for the rest of your life"
your never alone.
Learned this phrase from an member that I was chatting with yesterday when I said that I really have way with words.
"Everyone's way is the best way, language is a subjective thing."
Not only was it words of comfort but it sounded very profound. I was genuinely impressed by this phrase. Spoken like an true philosopher.
@UQ10
I really don't have a way with words*
Minor typo haha
" I have been through this before and you are not alone."
I really love when someone who understand me could say that.
I really feel empowered and feel good for being vulnerable, instead of being ignored or too insecure that me friend would change the topic.
