Is 7Cups Glitching For You, Too?
On my computer, I’ll get “502- Bad Gateway”. On my phone, it either won’t load at all or telling me they’re having technical issues.
Is it just me, or you guys too?

Yeah...!! it happens half an hour ago too..!! it shows some error n severe issues 🤔. but it gets back to normal now ❤️

Yeah..!! idk what's going on 😲. i think it maybe any server issue or something... i can't use both website or the app.

It's been slow for over a week for me and I sometimes get Gateway errors too. Last night was the longest whre I couldn't get on at all, I did put in a bug report via the helpdesk.

It was glitchy on and off for 2 days. Working fine now.

Yesterday I was having trouble with it loading and maybe earlier in the week or last week it happened too.
I blamed my wifi lol
Its also not letting me properly end a chat. People are still able to message me after I end chat after speaking with them n making sure they feel supported before ending. That normal?
@yahwehsservant21 Yes. When you end a chat with a member, it brings up the option to write a review for the chat but a member can still send messages.
It be like that intermittently.
