The Great Exchange (2026 Planning!)

As 2026 approaches, decide what we’re carrying with us and what we’re leaving at the door
Think: What is one thing that has been weighing you down? It could be a physical clutter, a digital habit, a specific self-criticism, or a "should" that no longer fits who you are.
✨ What are you leaving behind in 2025?
Drop it away!!
Now that you’ve created a little bit of space, what do you want to plant there? This isn't about being perfect; it’s about being consistent. I like the word plant because habits do require planting and nurturing with time.
✨ What is one tiny habit you want to nurture in the coming weeks?

If I could leave one thing behind in 2025, it would be the reflex to meet pain with self-blame. Letting go of this habit can open the door to emotional freedom, making the audience feel hopeful about their capacity to heal and grow.
Because so many people, especially those who are sensitive, thoughtful, and trying their best, learn to turn hurt inward. It feels safer to say “it’s my fault” than to sit with uncertainty, loss, or other people’s harm. But self-blame doesn’t protect us; it just keeps us stuck reliving the same wounds. Emphasizing self-compassion can help the audience feel more kindness toward themselves, which is essential for healing.
Leaving that behind would make room for something gentler:
Accountability without cruelty, growth without punishment, and healing without having to hate yourself first. Focusing on accountability can help the audience feel empowered to take responsibility in a healthy way, fostering growth and self-respect.

Sounds good Scorpia.. 👍 👌
Wishing you Best.. ☺️☺️
@SoulfullyAButterfly I love to learn and learning helps me feel motivated. I like to take what I learn and use what I learn to help others. For every day and every year, I would like to build confidence and stop trying to fix things that I can’t fix and continue to learn.
I'd love to lose OCD and the worries that go with it!
I would love to have more optimism, healthier food and a million dollars in unmarked bills.

Leaving behind: The past. Quite literally, letting go of what went wrong, stopping overanalysis of the past. Telling myself its okay to move on.
Tiny habit I want to adopt: Smiling more. Every time someone smiles at me, it makes my day, so I want to be that for other people.
Leave behind: all the friendships & relationships that didnt work... no desire to renew and open closed chapters.
Nurture: all the friendships & relationships that are currently working. Keep them intact & growing with my best.
Thank you @SoulfullyAButterfly for the prompt
I’m letting go of all that doesn’t belong to me and embracing the things that truly matter.
