The end of the program but there's more😜
Hi everyone,
I wanted to take a moment to say a massive, heartfelt thank you to every single person who showed up, read the articles, and shared their hearts in the comments this week.
When I first thought about launching this one-week program, I knew how incredibly scary it could be to open up about feeling "frozen" or unable to speak. It takes an immense amount of vulnerability to admit that you struggle to express your feelings, especially in a world that always expects us to have the perfect words ready.
Watching you all support each other, connect over Alexithymia, explore your body sensations, and embrace your "rough drafts" has been absolutely beautiful. You proved to yourself—and to this community—that you are not broken, and you are definitely not alone.
Even if you just quietly read along without commenting, I am so incredibly proud of you for being here and investing in your own emotional healing.
As we wrap up this week, I would love to hear from you. This program belongs to all of us, and your voice is the most important part of it. Please take a moment to drop a comment below and share your thoughts!
Thank you again for your trust, your courage, and your beautiful presence this week. 🌟🩵
❓ Let's Reflect & Look Ahead!
Please reply in the comments with your thoughts on these three questions:
• How did you feel during this program? Did you notice any shifts in how you view your silence or your emotions over the last 7 days?
• What was the most helpful day or tool for you? (Was it learning about Alexithymia, tracking body sensations, or learning to use "rough drafts"?)
• What should our next One-Week Program be about? I want to keep creating these for you! What topics do you want us to tackle next? (Some ideas: Overcoming overthinking, dealing with loneliness, setting boundaries, building self-love, handling anxiety—or tell me your own ideas!)
Can't wait to read your responses. See you in the comments! 👇✨

I had fun opening up on this program. It was good for my expression too. I think the rough draft was the most helpful.
No idea what should be next, but I'll stay tuned!
@cheerfulKiwi1776
Thank you again, for these! I'd suggest making a master post with all the links for this and any further one-week programs you do– more convenient for all!
I think the rough drafts were most helpful for me. Communicating is hard! Its nice to try without striving for perfection
I would request one on expressing anger healthily. Thats my biggest foe– expressing anger. Its really hard for me to not explode when im angry and to instead communicate that anger in a reasonable way. I dont expect a quick fix from you, but if youve got any wisdom to share I would be ever grateful
Thank you again 🤍 youve taken a wonderful, wonderful initiative
I felt like I m not alone and it's okay if u don't know how to explain what's going on.. the most helpful was to use rough drafts
Maybe building self lovee
I was able to open up through this program and discovered my few hidden emotions.
Discovery about Alexithymia provided me comfort so definitely it was most helpful for me
I’d like to suggest a topic on managing high sensitivity, anxiety, and environmental triggers. Specifically, I want to focus on:
Handling intense emotions
Managing daily triggers
Overcoming avoidance
Thankyou so much for putting your time, efforts and knowledge and helping people like us I'm so greatful that I was part of this program and would like to be the part of other programs that u will create as well ♥️!
I felt less alone in my silence. I'm still quiet but I know now that it's not just me 😅
The boundaries post was a nice reminder that it's ok to have boundaries.
Expressing anger healthily might be good. I usually internalize everything. Building self love would be helpful too.
@cheerfulKiwi1776
Honestly I think all of it has been really helpful, I learned a lot and it has helped make me feel a little less alone. If I had to choose though I think that just learning about alexithymia and knowing that there is a name for not being able to express how you feel has been the most helpful.
Maybe something about overcoming overthinking, or setting boundaries could be helpful.
Thank you so much for putting you time and effort into creating this. It has been so helpful and I definetly learned a lot from it. (:
@cheerfulKiwi1776
sorry i had to answer late on few days due to was not online been not feeling good partly due to hot weather for me
How did you feel during this program? Did you notice any shifts in how you view your silence or your emotions over the last 7 days?
yes saw i have a right to silence time and it ok to set boundary on that ahead of time also see i am feeling but just can not word what i am feeling a lot of the time do know fear plays a big role in this too
• What was the most helpful day or tool for you? (Was it learning about Alexithymia, tracking body sensations, or learning to use "rough drafts"?)
learning to use rough drafts and being ok doing that
• What should our next One-Week Program be about? I want to keep creating these for you! What topics do you want us to tackle next? (Some ideas: Overcoming overthinking, dealing with loneliness, setting boundaries, building self-love, handling anxiety—or tell me your own ideas!)
i think maybe if others have this over coming programming how i to feel that was stated to me as a child when other replaced what i said i was feeling with another feeling will give example
like say when wanted something at store i am mad and confused
parent would say your not mad and confused you happy and glad i allowed you to go to store with me
this was done a lot to me as a kid also as adult when was living with parents
for me this plays a big role in fearing to voice what i am feeling as scared i be told i am not feeling that way and how i am feeling
this could go with overthinking too
@HopeWithinDarkness
Its okay that you answered now! I m so glad you liked the program I see a very genuine gratefulness for the rough drafts around here. Anyways thanks for your suggestions! I ll keep them in mind and I ll decide what to do next week!
