What do you want to be known for??💭
Hello there 👋
We often spend so much energy worrying about how the world sees us and about the external expectations, forgetting that we hold the pen to our own story. There is a big difference between the reputation others give us and who we truly are. There is a profound, quiet shift that happens when we stop asking "How do they see me?" and start asking "Who am I choosing to be?"
Wanting to be known for something meaningful—like kindness, patience, or just being a safe space for others—isn't about pride. It’s about deciding what kind of impact we want to have on the hearts we touch🤍. When we focus less on managing our image and more on living our truth, we bridge the gap between who we are and how others see us.
As Shakespeare famously wrote, spoken by Polonius in Hamlet (Act 1, Scene 3)
"This above all: to thine own self be true,
And it must follow, as the night the day,
Thou canst not then be false to any man."
Meaning:
"This above all: to thine own self be true,"
💡Prioritize your own integrity over the expectations of others. Before you can be honest with the world, you must be honest with yourself about who you are and what you value.
"And it must follow, as the night the day,"
💡This creates a natural chain reaction. Just as the night inevitably follows the day, living authentically sets off a natural alignment in your life that you don't have to force.
"Thou canst not then be false to any man."
💡When you are anchored in your personal truth, it becomes impossible to be fake or deceitful to others. Your internal reality and your external impact naturally become one and the same.

- What do you want to be known for?
- What do you want people to remember about you?
- And why does that specific trait matter to your journey?
💌This is the fourth 4th discussion of the Horizons series 💫🌌

I want to be known for my consistent presence. Stable, calm, present. There to witness and participate in life. Zealousness and love for life itself.
I want people to remember how a child that was bullied grew into adult that was able to stay human and spread kindness by staying present with the pain of others, validating them, reassuring them.
This specific quality of presence is essentially a contract with life itself - to feel means to be alive. In order to allow oneself to feel fully, they need to allow themselves to be fully present, without the distractions of insecurities. Once in the state of flow with the quality of presence, it usually feels as if everything is in its own place, where it belongs. That things are going as planned, as they were supposed to. It just feels right.

- I want to be known for my kindness, my ability to share that even though I have not received it as much myself
- I want people to remember me as someone who had a massive looksmaxxing + studymaxxing + leadership drive to start a business
- I want people recognise my growth from DAY 1 from having no support i.e family or friends to do what I love
@AReine
personally i really want to be known for helping and always being around for people who need me.
i want people to think of me and think about how i was there when others werent.
this matters to me because ive listened to people my whole life and it always brings me joy seeing the smile on their face after telling me about their problems and understanding that im genuine and not pretending to care.
The one thing I consistently think about a lot of the time is when I'm no longer here.Whenever that time comes , what will I be remembered for and how will people remember me
I think the one thing people will remember about me is how no 1 can really ever say that they knew me.I don't mean that in a way like I hide the real me from people , but i've met so many people throughout different phases and parts of my life that everyone has different versions of me I think the one thing people will remember about me is how no 1 can really ever say that they knew me. I don't mean that in a way like I hide the real me from people, but I've met so many people throughout different phases and parts of my life that everyone has different versions of me The only thing that they can say that stayed the same Is how ready and willing I was to consistently help others even when I couldn't help myself.
I do think about how my life has probably impacted some people. Whether it's good or bad i just hope people remember the fun timesMagic, we all made from laughing together. The music we would listen to specifically together the things that I liked i always carried bits and pieces of everyone i've ever met with me. And that's because those people are special to me from all of the birthday cards, Christmas cards, gifts that everyone would give me that. We'd give each other things that they've left behind in my room and never picked up things that I kept every important person in my life has left something, and I hope that I can leave something that is just as memorable. Even in the smallest way , whether it's the stupid smile I have from reading a book, the advice in late night discussions I would have, or simply just being there.
