The Weekly Beacon: Small ways to help the community! (Oct 5)
Welcome to this week's Community Beacon! For those who might be new to this initiative, The Weekly Beacon is our new tradition in which we share simple, small ways you can lend a hand in the community. The heart of 7 Cups has always been the people in it, and you do not need official badges, special training, or hours of free time to make a difference in someone else's day.

Oct 10 is World Mental Health Day! If you'd like, share a mental health post this week. It can be small: a resource, a helpful fact, a reflection, or an encouraging message.
