Azalea’s Group Appreciation Corner
Each week I am going to try and have a theme connecting all the listeners I appreciate
For my first week it only seems right to start with people that Inspire me:
@SuryanshSingh- I'm unsure how many times a person can say thank you for all you have done for me but I'm going to say it again! You are honestly amazing, you give the best feedback, always makes me smile when you are in the teen listeners room or in our Pms and the way you just answer all my questions with no hesitations or complaints it's so unbelievably admirable. Thank you for all you do on this site. I don't know where I would be without your support.
@hopedreamlove- I cannot express how much I appreciate all you have done for not only me and my personal listener journey but for all the projects you help with and the roles you do. You go above and beyond in literally everything and you really are one of the first people I looked up to on this site. I hope I don't annoy you too much with my incessant questions about everything you do on this site because I'm still trying to just to wrap my head around how you do it all!
@enchantedlove- I've already told you privately how much of an inspiration you were to me as a listener, I'd heard stories of how amazing you were and then you reach out to me and we just bonded (or at least I think we did!) I love our chats together and the fact we can both admit our mistakes to eachother in the hope the other doesn't go and do the exact same thing! One day I hope to have the confidence you do to be able to message other listeners just cause I want a new friend. Your presence always makes me smile and for that I cannot thank you enough.
@DreamTouch- I hope you aren't surprised to find yourself on my list of the people I look up to on this site. I don't think I tell you enough how amazing you are and how lucky I feel every time we get to talk when you pop up in the Teen listeners room. You are what I want to be when the time comes, an ATL who is comfortable being themselves even with the teen listeners and who also trains them to do cool things like become a mod! Once again thank you for all you do here, I hope you recognise the impact you have on people around you because trust me when I say you were a pivitol person in my 7 cups experience.
@optimisticMagic0014- My forum inspiration! Magic I cannot tell you how much I love our chats, everyone of them makes me laugh or smile whether that be from our jokes or our multiple attempts at failed basic communication. You are one of my best friends on the site and was the one who managed to encourage me to actually engage in the forums. Thank you for all the effort you put into this site and especially your sub community, your dedication inspires me.
I am convinced the site would collapse without these 5 people holding it up and doing all their roles. Thank you from me and me speaking on behalf of the rest of 7 cups ♥️

This week the theme is some of my closest listener friends:
@AlwaysForYou197- Krystal you are the sweetest girl I've met (well met virtually) You were the sole person who gave me confidence in the Teen listener chatroom and I miss our chats in there! I loved the random barbie songs and the unsleepables. Of course I cannot forget the unofficial chat support we supplied for ages (even if it did get us into occasional trouble we were helpful!) You are like a big sister to me. Thank you for being there for me 💕
@Mishi3015- Mishi, you are seriously the purest soul I believe I've ever met 🧡 I cannot express to you how much I smile every time I get a Pm from you. I love our chats whether they be in the teen listeners room, forums or our private messages. Thank you for making me smile on days where sometimes I dont want to. You are amazing and I hope you learn to recognise just how amazing you are one day.
@CateGrace- Cate you are honestly amazing. I love our chats so much and they never fail to make me laugh. You are so amazing to talk to and I seriously love every time we interact. We are just able to be ourselves with eachother with no pressure and that's very refreshing to find with teenage girls these days. Thank you for being my friend 💛
@Brightheart116- Pingu you our pretty much daily conversations are always one of the highlights of my days. I love how much we joke around and obviously who can forget our amazing rap songs 💙 but in all serious, even our chats that go down the more serious path are nice, I feel like we really trust eachother. Thank you for always being there for me and being an amazing listener.
@Chloe1516- Chloe I still remember the first time you Pm'ed me after our chat in the teen listener room. You are such a genuine person and I am just in love with your personality. I have been lucky enough to be able to host discussions with you and watch you grow as a listener on this site. I know you have big things on this site in your future 💜

@Kieran000- My amazing soon to be peer support twin ♥️ You honestly are amazing and I feel so lucky to have been the listener that got to mentor and help you become the listener you are today you are hands down one of everyone's favourites in the teen listener room and I cannot thank you enough for all the support and smiles that you provide in there. I cannot wait to see what you end up doing on this site in the future, all i know is you are going to have a big impact.
@Cuteorange213- My teen community star twin 🧡 Orange, I mean I think I could spend hours going on about how amazing you are but I will try and condense it down. You are someone that has enabled me to achieve all that I wanted on this site, once we met we have always walked side by side with our listener journeys, taking on a few roles together. You are amazing to work with and one of my closest friends, thank you so much for impacting my listener journey in the way you have.
@Aimee198- You were originally going to be in my post last week with my close listner friends but because of certain reasons, you got moved to this week! I'm naming you my Brit buddy and therefore now a twin, I hope you like the title. We have been through so much together Aimee and there isn't a listener on this site I feel a deeper emotional connection with. You have made it possible for me to continue being on this site as long as I have. Thank you for being there for me and I will keep my promise of always being there for you 💛
@Leafycup- My mod twin! Leafy I know you are on self care at the moment but I couldn't leave you off my twin list! You are amazing, I'm just stating the obvious here but bear with me. I still remember meeting you in the chatroom where you were getting used to the mod powers and then I jumped into your Pms mentioning how I understood the pain of not knowing how to use them. Since then we have hosted discussions and just had great chats. Thank you for all you do on this site Leafy you are truly awesome 💚
@Mxmes- My amazing forum supporter twin! I still remember the day you joined, or at least when I first saw you come into the TL room. You have been so amazing in this community, doing everything and anything to help out. Especially in the chat rooms which you seem to have found a passion for. But I also want to thank you on a personal level for being able to give me the confidence to change my profile picture, you inspired me. Finally, I just wanted to thank you for being an amazing friend to me that I know I can count and rely on 🖤

@dino12- 🦕 You are utterly amazing and have been someone to look up to in the TL room. I'm honestly not sure if we have ever spoken in PMs but I know we always find eachother in the chatroom and talk on there! You have been there to support me through my adjustment period as a Chat supporter and I cannot thank you enough for that because trust me I needed all the help I could get! Thank you so much Dino for providing role model behaviour to everyone in the TL i know so many of us look up to you 💖
@roryk- Rory! One of my favourite Chat supporters! Again for the same reasons as Dino you are on my list, you were amazing with helping me adjust to my Chat Support role and gave me such confidence, you let me answer questions to get more experience and were just all around supportive and wonderful. You also reminded me that we are only human and even chat supporters can get confused (the whole badge situation that confuzzled us both) Thank you for all you do on this site 🧡
@Bookworm274- Now some may be thinking, but Aza and book don't actually talk a lot why has she made it into my top 20 fav listeners? Well you would be right in thinking that but truthfully Book And I are so close. We joined 7 cups just a few days apart and we have been on our journeys together, we worked out the forums together, applied to some roles together (although now we dont actually have any in common) and she has supported me in so many more ways then anyone could understand. Thank you Book I wish I could put into words the full extent to which you have helped me 💛
@KatieTheBigRockOne- Katie I felt like I needed to add you onto this list once I decided on the theme. I feel like you have been someone who has just constantly been there even in very difficult times when I think we both found it hard to be on here. You have this inner strength that is just amazing and wonderful to see, I love our chats and its great to have people who actually operate on the same time one as me around. Finally I just wanted to say thank you for being an amazing Peer supporter to me and to everyone else. 💙
@ListeningSarinn- Sarinn! I told you that you were going to be here didnt I? Welcome! Sarinn you are under people who support me because I feel like we can always go to eachother when we need to. We may not talk every day because we both have many other things to do with our roles but at the end of the day I know I always have a friend in you who I can go to and rely on. We have both been through hard times together and I hope we will go through many happy ones together too! Thank you Tom the bottom of my heart for all you do for everyone on this site and especially for me 🖤
Fun fact when I meet people I actually colour code them in my head and I associate that colour with them and it will never change. This is the first group of people I have made some kind of a rainbow out of their colours without having to change any of their colours.

@BlindGrapefruit- Hi Grapefruit! We haven't got the pleasure of being able to speak to eachother in PM's yet but hopefully in October I will get that pleasure when I move up to the adult side! I just wanted to thank you for all you do for the disability sub-community and how wonderfully kind and supportive you are to me in all our team communication threads. Thank you, you have really helped me become more confident in my role as a TCS and I just wanted to thank you on behalf of the disability team for being so amazing and being on the the vital people who keeps it all running!🧡
@competentParadise6344- Welcome to my appreciation corner 🐼! Honestly, I never feel safer in the Teen listener room then when you are there to answer all questions that I never seem to know the answer to! Thank you for showing such dedication to the teen side of 7 cups I just wanted to emphasise how thankful we are to have some adults around every once in a while making sure we don't all go insane! I know you are definitely one of my favourite ATL's that pop into the TL room, and although I can't say for certain I'm pretty sure everyone shares my opinion! Thank you for being there 💛
@WeedyGarden- Weedy I must say you are one of my favourite people in the disability forum team as you make the wonderful effort to reach out to me in PM's to get my ideas and to talk! I wanted to first thank you for your dedication to helping me adjust to my role as a TCS and for giving me the confidence to host discussions for the disability community. Secondly, I wanted to thank you for your dedication to the teen side in general, it amazes me how committed you are to building up the teen side of the disability sub com, a passion that I too have developed because of you. Thank you so much for all you have done for me 💚
@MistyMagic- Misty I just wanted to thank you for being so kind and wonderful to me when I was adapting to my new role as a mentor on the site, you guided me through the application for Chat support and gave me the confidence I needed to apply to become a Teen listener coach and consequently the care team too, which have quickly turned into one of my favourite roles! I just wanted to thank for for being there to help the mentors as I can imagine it must be a daunting role to have at times (I certainly do not envy you for it!). I'm sure you will continue to do amazing things for this site which I am exited to see in the future! 💙
@RumpleSteeleSkin- Rumple welcome to my corner! Yes, this is where I come when I've been sent to the corner, its got a lot of rainbows and happiness! Rumple I cannot think of 1 time where you have been in the listener chat room and I haven't been smiling, you are an ATL that really embraces all the teen side has to offer and I admire that so much and hopefully soon I can be like that too! You are also just as amazing to chat to in PM's and never once have I felt intimidated talking to you which can sometimes be the case with ATLs. Thank you for all you do for me and the rest of Teenie town we really appreciate it 💜

@emmaishereforyou88- Emma, wow, where do I even begin. You remind me so much of myself when i started 7 cups I'm pretty sure you are an added permenant feature to the TL as I used to be. But you are amazing in so many other ways, you are so friendly and kind and everyone wants to be your friend! Seriously you must tell me your secrets, Ive never seen someone join 7 cups then a month later be able to say "Yup I pretty much know everyone and own the site now" It's been truly amazing to watch you grow 💞
@SunnyLexi- Hello my fellow queen welcome to my appreciation corner! See it's not scary I just wanted to thank you for all you have done since you came onto this site... or Burt onto this site ince you immediately made loads of friends and such a wonderful impact on all of us. You have been so cheery and genuinely one of my favourite people to chat to in PM's you never fail to make me laugh. You are amazing (and stunning too) and I just wanted to remind you to keep your head up high so the crown never falls off your head 💜
@thoughtfulNarwhal3963- Nar I hope you aren't surprised to be in the list of some of my fav listeners on this site! You are truly amazing and I still vividly remember the day you joined our wonderful community! You were straight head first into the TL room and I dont think you've ever left it since then! I have the wonderful privailage of being your mentor and I loved every bit of it (even the mock chats that dragged on for ages!) @nekomancers- Now technailly we met before 6 weeks ago but it wouldn't feel complete without having you in my appreciation corner Neko. I enjoy our midnight conversations so much you are possibly the politest person I have ever met not just on 7 cups but in my whole life in general.
