It's Your Program

Something happened with me at 7cups. I would like to share that.

I happened (don't know how and when, it's really mysterious) to start a program called Peer Appreciation Program.

Least about it was planned, but it happened. After it got started, ideas kept coming in, and the program kept getting shaped into a beautiful and beloved program of the community.

So I just want to say, dear Community, that It's Your Program, that I happened (and privileged) to have been leading (and was infinitely lucky to get my talented fellow leaders and team members to help me lead this appreciation cause.)

This is a cause, right. This program is backed up by, motivated by, an underneath cause. We want to build an appreciation culture, not just within the community, but in the world, through our efforts in the community. We want to develop the feelings and the attitude of appreciation, because: more the good we seek in those around us, more the good we find in our own selves and bring more beauty to our own world.

It's Your Cause, Our Cause, let's lead it together.
