Until now, mainly I and sometimes @WarmLightXO have been updating the peer appreciation form to keep its looks amazing, interesting, heartwarming, and uplifting.
Now for the first time, we are officially introducing the form designer role! 🎉🌟
@sadcat13 will be looking after the peer appreciation form and be giving it amazing looks as seasons change and keep the form filling experience the best one for all of us in the community 😀

You mentioned about not disappointing a couple of times in this thread and I couldn't let it go lol, so just wanna say that, ooooof! fear of disappointment is soo real, the very best of the bests deal with it too, but hey hey, nothing's set in stone ever, we are all growing, learning, honing our craft with time and at our pace.
Plus the best part about being involved with something creative is to have your creative freedom, we can always experiment around and keep trying to do our best, you'll of course have all of us cheering for you and supporting you along the way.🥰
I appreciate how you're always so thoughtful about the behind-the-scenes component of the program as well, taking the time to assist your team mates, reply to comments, being an active participant in the various threads related to PAT/PAP, keeping the QnA chat space lively and always sharing such brilliant ideas and suggestions.
While we are at it xD I see a Star Leader in you (there! I said it!) hehe, if you're ever feeling up for it, it'll be awesome to have you as one of our magnificent star leaders as well.💖

You are definitely not alone there, it's okie to let the imposter have their "say" too, we can acknowledge what they feel without accepting or giving into the fears and hesitations they project on us. Plussss, when there's a self-motivation to explore and grow, along with cheers and support from your peers, it hopefully gets a little better. We got this!😊
Ooh and star leader is basically a cool term for the people leading the peer appreciation program or the "agents" managing this "project" hehe. Currently as you may know, @Heathermarie95 and @fristo are our Star Leaders, co-leading PAP so beautifully!
