Thank you, everyone, for all the kindness and love, and congratulations to my fellow leaders! You all are nurturing and stupendous. I think that leaders should be mindful of... others. Leaders wouldn't lead without the others, so leaders need to consider every single being and, therefore, do things that benefit everyone.

Such a great point , Daf !! Treat everyone as equal and be kind and considerate towards all ! Absolutely loved it , so very important for a leader to raise more leaders under their leadership and not just gather followers !! 🙌❤
@Sunisshiningandsoareyou Thank you! I agree, kindness and consideration make the difference. Aww, thank you! I love your responses (in general, you are as sunny and beautiful as your username). That's true! A leader's priority isn't the number of followers, but the quality of the improvements.

I think one of things I have learned to be mindful of is that everyone's pain and hapinness is a magnifying glass and we tend to hold them closest to our hearts. Feelings can skew someone's perspective but it doesn't meant that their emotions are not valid. We are a big community, with lots of members and listeners with a variety of life experiences, and we must remember that our main goal here is to connect and create compassionate space.
But in order to do that we also must listen to one another. We must ask ourselves if what we are writing and responding to people is really the best way to provide feedback, what are their perspective here, what things they can seek in this interaction. And also if we are taking enough of good care of ourselves because we cannot help others if we neglect our own needs.
