Hello 7Cups Community Leaders & Discussion Leaders!! I hope you are all doing well.
I am writing this post to express my heartfelt gratitude to each one of you. Because each one of you is making an impact through your contributions to the community. Whether you are listening to a member 1-1, supporting each other in group chat rooms, forums,, or Q&As, or leading different types of sessions to support the community members and listeners. All these efforts are a reflection of our collective contributions as a team.
Every community leader or discussion leader has their own strengths, ideas and creativity that they brought up with them and creating a great environment. I am thankful to each one of you.

What did you learn in your role lately?
I started co-hosting a discussion 2 weeks ago, so it's still pretty new to me! I have learned a lot about the role, such as how to balance the discussion when co-hosting and how long to spend on each question!
One thing you enjoy about your role?
I love being able to support members on topics that feel relatable to them, it's helpful to discuss your feelings with a bigger group and it's just an amazing feeling of community!

What I learned from my role was that, Helping people really helps me and it makes me happy to help people. That their are a lot of different people in the world.
What I enjoy about the roles is I get to get to know people, and i enjoy Cohosting with amazing people

Thank you so much for the tag. 1)What I've learned in my role recently is how I, as the chosen individual, can lead my fellow members and listeners towards a better future! 2)I enjoy being able to talk and listen to those who often send me messages via personal requests or in group discussions!

It appears that I got tagged here. :) 1. What did you learn in your role lately? I learned that 7Cups never let a star go unnoticed and I'm good at my role. For context, I am sharing circle host and LSC host who takes one on one chats on occasion. Recently got nominated to be host of the month for month of Jan. 2. One thing you enjoy about you role? Seeing other people supporting one another. :)
