one peice of note from me will be that :
somedays will be amazing and somedays wont be as you have planned somedays can get overwhelming know your limits know that your selfcare is more important to help others beyond :) and at the end of the day dont forget to tell yourself keep smiling be yourself and stay awesome <3
Congratulations, everyone! I'm so proud of all our efforts in growing the 7 Cups community! One of the biggest takeaways I have from my leadership role is that it's okay to ask for help; everyone in this community is willing to offer you support and advice on your Listener Journey and leadership role, as long as you shoot them a message :-).

The piece of advice I would give to future leaders is to remember that sometimes it is going to be difficult and it is all right to ask for help or to talk to someone about it. It is necessary to recognize when we start to feel overwhelmed to avoid burnout and to practice more self-care.

Obs, thank you for recognizing me as a leader in the community! 
I am so incredibly grateful to be included and grateful that somone is taking the time to acknowledge my efforts! 
I think my best piece of advice, because I was asked, for new/future leaders is to be in love with the role and not the badge. Meaning, what ever role you do, enjoy the process, The idea of a shiny new badge will fall away quickly, but if you really just love the role or roles it will enable you to dig down deep, take whatever badges you have and just go full tilt with them. Whatever you are, just be a good one! Always be mindful of the "leader within", do what it is that you love, show true grit and many times that could be doing hard work without accolades or acknowledgement for it. But as long as you know you did it, well *high fives*

What is one piece of advice you like to give to new/future leaders?
Find the things/roles/communities you enjoy. It is okay to try different roles out or change your mind. Its about finding what works best for you so you can do your best in that role!

My advice would be to surround yourself with good, kind people and learn from them, help support them and grow together along side of them
