As part of our ongoing efforts to elevate our beautiful caring community, we've brought back the Appreciation Wall series!
Our members are the core of 7 Cups, and we want to take this opportunity to express our appreciation for each and every one of you!
Listeners, has a member touched your heart with their courage or resilience? Did a member inspire you with their openness and willingness to seek support? Did they share their story in a way that helped you grow as a listener? Did they simply make you feel grateful to be a part of this community?

@Heather225 I have had a year and a half from ***. My father had cancer in his ear, they removed part of his ear, then it spread to his neck, and throat, they also removed it and he underwent treatments. Because he has no balance he had a bad fall and ended up in hospital all over Christmas, our first Christmas that he wasn't with us 🙄 he got cellulitis of the legs and hasn't been out of the house for a year, he couldn't walk with all the blisters on his legs. He couldn't sleep and i had to care for him. During this time of sadness, exhaustion and fear @vansspreadlove came along and showed me so much kindness and checked in with me, their support touched me and helped make a hard situation bearable. I'm happy to report that today my father is cancer free and he took his first walk out of the house in a year 😊 definitely celebrating and counting my blessings ♥️♥️♥️😊
